What You'll Do
- Coordinate Project Phoenix parts creation activities and maintain progress updates using SharePoint and related tracking tools.
- Monitor daily task updates, verify data accuracy, and highlight missing or inconsistent information for correction.
- Support tracker improvement by proposing practical template refinements, automation ideas, and standard update practices.
- Track CIP project action items, follow up with stakeholders, and escalate overdue or blocked tasks to support timely closure.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
- Required Qualifications: Actively pursuing a Diploma in Manufacturing/Mechanical/Electronics or related field through an accredited Degree program during the time of internship.
- Must be in good academic standing.
- Ability to work at least 40 hours per week during the internship.

- Prior related internship or co-op experience Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
- Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
