Analyst - Payroll

What You'll Do

• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs Required Qualifications : Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting.
• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on payroll experience, with a strong preference for individuals who have worked across Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan payroll.
• Regulatory Expertise: Robust knowledge of the Taiwan Labor Standards Act (LSA), specifically regarding factory work hours, statutory holiday pay, and overtime calculation rules.
• Technical Proficiency: High level of skill in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
• Experience with major HRIS and manufacturing time-attendance software (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle) is highly preferred.
• Language Skills: Professional fluency in Mandarin and English to communicate across plant floors and coordinate with global or regional headquarters.
