Drive operational excellence across the O2C function through continuous improvement and automation.
Develop and monitor key operational metrics to ensure achievement of business goals and service level expectations.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and customer focus.
Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Support strategic initiatives that improve working capital management and cash collection effectiveness.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
Minimum 8+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Order-to-Cash, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or related functions.
Minimum 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing teams.
Strong understanding of end-to-end O2C processes, including cash application, collections, dispute management, and AR forecasting.
Demonstrated experience driving process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial reporting skills.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global business environment.

Professional certification such as ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent.
Experience in a multinational corporation or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
Experience with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent systems.
Knowledge of business intelligence, data visualization, and automation tools.
Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification is an advantage.
