Provide insights and recommendations to support strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex credit-related issues.
Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness within the Credit function.
Contribute to the development of best practices and standardized processes across the organization.
Maintain a strong control environment while delivering excellent internal customer service.
Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Finance Operations, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit risk assessment methodologies.
Experience evaluating customer creditworthiness and making credit recommendations.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
Ability to work effectively with global teams across multiple regions and time zones.

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent.
Experience working in a multinational corporation or Shared Services environment.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
Experience with automation, AI-driven solutions, and process improvement initiatives.
Exposure to credit scoring model development and credit analytics.
Experience supporting system implementation, testing, or transformation projects.
