Product Validation Engineer - Virtuoso

What You'll Do

• The candidate will be responsible for developing Analog & Mixed-signal designs to test various schematic to routing Cadence Virtuoso tool functionalities and interfaces, im p lementing test methodologies, creating test specifications, developing test cases, and setting up and monitoring automated regressions The engineer needs to build scripts/tools to assist and automate testing using scripting languages and make sure products are performing up to the specifications and upholding software quality standards He/She will be working closely with global R&D, Product Engineering and Software Release teams to enhance the quality of the product Should be able to work with global internal & external customers Experience and Technical Skills Required : Good understanding of Analog circuit design methodologies Good technical knowledge & debugging skills Good knowledge/experience with AI/ML and scripting languages like Python & Perl Job Qualification : Master’s or Bachelor’s in Electrical/Electronics/VLSI design engineering with 1-2 yrs industry experience Candidate must be passionate, self-motivated, fast learner and capable of significantly contributing individually as well as a team player Should have strong English communication skills (Preferred)Good understanding of QA methodologies, passionate about automation and its implementation (Preferred)Understanding of Cadence SKILL, Perl, Python programming languages and Unix environment will be a plus We’re doing work that matters.
