Principal Project Manager - AE

What You'll Do

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure all deliverables are successfully executed, monitored, and controlled, consistently exceeding customer expectations.
• Create, maintain, and track comprehensive project plans, schedules, and key milestones associated with complex customer engagements.
• Drive project tasks to successful completion within established schedule and budget constraints.
• Define, track, and report on project health, status, and key performance metrics.
• Proactively identify potential bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and swiftly resolve critical issues before they impact delivery.
• Manage and prioritize resource allocation across diverse engineering teams to align with core project objectives.
• Foster an environment of high collaboration, mutual trust, and clear accountability among all teams supporting the customer project.
• Position Requirements Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related technical field. 10+ years of experience in technical project management or engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of driving tactical services engagements and initiatives involving specialized engineering requests (e.g., Analog, SoC, Verification, or Package/Board design).
• A strong background in IC design, SoC verification, RTL, or IP development is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects under tight deadlines.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a major plus.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Ability to travel occasionally, both domestically and internationally, to support customer engagements and team collaboration.
