  • Provide technical support for Spectre‑based analog simulation flows, including schematic, MMSIM, and design environment usage.
  • Assist foundry teams in the development and maintenance of PDK development and related QA flow.
  • Work with product engineers and R&D teams to communicate customer issues and feedback, and help track resolution under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Participate in foundry‑related customer engagements as needed, focusing on tool usage, flow clarification, and issue reproduction.
  • Bachelor’s degree(EE/CS) with 6+ years of work experience in IC design house or foundry.
  • MS degree is desired Experience with spice level & fast spice level simulation, such as Spectre, Hspice, Hsim, Ultrasim, XPS, Finesim and so on Experience with analog/mixed signal pre-layout and post-layout simulation, such as AMS designer, XA-VCS and so on Experience with transistor level reliability and EM/IR analysis Strong communication skills, self‑motivated, with a collaborative mindset and customer‑oriented attitude.
