  • Position Description: Drive new business growth by building strong pipeline, winning new logos and achieving sales targets Manage and grow key/strategic accounts, expanding market share through upsell and cross-sell Develop trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a customer-facing advisor Collaborate with internal technical teams and channel partners to deliver tailored solutions Analyze market trends and proactively identify new opportunities to support territory growth Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics or related fields 8+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in EDA/CAE/CAD/ software or solution-based sales Proven experience in enterprise sales and key account management, with ability to manage complex sales cycles Industry experience in 5G/RF, hyperscale, HPC/computing, Automotive, Industrial/IoT or similar domains preferred Strong understanding of software business models and solution selling approach Solid technical knowledge in electronic design ecosystem, engineering analysis or system design preferred Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, proactive and result-oriented Fluent in English; willing to travel frequently We’re doing work that matters.
