FP&A Staff Financial Analyst – IT Organization

What You'll Do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning for IT operating and capital expenditures Partner with IT leaders on financial analysis of projects, vendor contracts, and technology investments Monitor and analyze spend vs. plan, with clear variance analysis and actionable insights Develop and maintain financial models to support business cases, ROI analysis, and prioritization decisions Prepare executive-ready financial reporting and dashboards for senior management Support cost optimization initiatives and improve financial transparency across IT Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 6–10 years of FP&A or financial management experience, preferably supporting IT or shared services Strong analytical, modeling, and communication skills Experience working cross-functionally with senior technical and business leaders The annual salary range for California is $108,500 to $201,500.
• You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits.
• Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
