What You'll Do

  • Apply Cadence simulation technologies to solve industry problems across turbomachinery, automotive, aerospace, marine and other industry verticals.
  • Partner with customers to develop, refine and support simulation workflows aligned to their technical objectives.
  • Perform customer benchmarks to validate Cadence software for industrial applications, including correlation with published test data.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and validate CFD workflows and solutions that meet or exceed their requirements.
  • Contribute to advancing the industrial application of simulation technologies, including participation in joint industry or government research initiatives where relevant.
  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback to Sales, R&D and Marketing teams to support product and service improvement.
  • Participate in customer meetings related to benchmarks, technical support and related activities, virtually or in person as required.
  • Work with Cadence R&D teams to test and validate new product capabilities.
  • Publish technical papers and contribute to associated marketing collateral highlighting industry solutions and product advantages.
  • Create technical presentations and reports documenting project activities, findings and customer feedback.
  • Develop knowledge-sharing materials to support customer education, including articles, videos and technical presentations.
  • Provide technical support to customers across a range of CFD applications.
  • Deliver customer and internal training sessions, virtually or in person, as required.
  • Job Qualifications: Master’s degree in mechanical, Aerospace or Marine Engineering preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • Experience with CFD mesh generation and solver tools applied to aerospace, automotive, industrial, turbomachinery or marine use cases (experience typically gained over 1–3 years).
  • Experience using scripting languages such as Python.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to organise work, manage priorities and maintain attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and contribute constructively in a developing environment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
  • Additional Skills/Preferences: Theoretical background in combustion and/or exposure to industrial combustion applications is an added plus Travel: Occasional travel across Europe may be required, depending on customer and project activities.
