Account Technical Executive (PCB/MSA Platform)

What You'll Do

• Work collaboratively with Account Executives and Account Managers to build a healthy business pipeline.
• Define and execute targeted selling strategies for PCB design and Multiphysics System Analysis (MSA) solutions, and create technically compelling events for IC customers.
• Take ownership of technology and product adoption, ensuring the successful proliferation of Cadence's PCB and system analysis solutions (e.g., SI/PI, thermal, and electromagnetic analysis) within focus accounts.
• Act as a vital bridge between the customer and internal teams by translating and escalating customer requirements to the R&D organization to drive continuous product improvements.
• Play a lead project management role in major PCB and system analysis implementation campaigns and competitive evaluations at focus customers.
• Position Requirements: BS degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Electromagnetics, or a related technical major. 8+ years of working experience in EDA sales, technical sales, or customer support is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of the semiconductor and system design chain ecosystem.
• Must be familiar with PCB design flows and advanced system-level analysis technologies, including Signal Integrity (SI), Power Integrity (PI), Thermal, and Electromagnetic (EM) analysis.
• Highly self-motivated and proactive, with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Good command of the English language, both written and oral.
