RFIC Design Engineer

About This Role

• We are seeking a CMOS RFIC Design Engineer.
• In this impactful role, you will be part of Broadcom wireless connectivity radio team to design, develop, and productize RF building blocks in CMOS processes.
• Candidate will provide technical leadership in all phase of the product development, including product definition, architecture, system, transistor-level circuit design, layout/layout supervision, lab debug and production support.
• Job requirements: 1-Strong experience in design and development of RF building blocks in CMOS technologies. 2-Strong circuit simulation skills utilizing Cadence Design Environment 3-Strong problem solving and lab debugging skills.
• Hands on experience in RF tuning and using RF instruments 4-Ability to work with cross function teams, including test engineers, product engineers, system engineers, modeling engineers, and application engineers. 5-Experience/Education Requirements: Masters degree and 6+ years of related experience or PhD and 3+ years of experience Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is USD 109,700.00 To USD 175,500.00 As a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and the opportunity to receive not only a competitive new hire equity grant, but also annual equity awards, connecting your success directly to the company's growth.
