About This Role
- In this senior level position you will lead the design and bring-up of high-speed, multilayer boards for CPO and other optical interconnect systems, applying your expertise in schematic and PCB design.
- Job activities include system level circuit design and verification, schematic design, coordination of PCB layouts, validation and laboratory testing, and coordination of production development and support.
- You will also perform failure analysis and incorporate findings into future revisions of the product design.
- You will need to coordinate with other specialty team members, including optical design, mechanical design, firmware development, and quality control.
- Some specific technical activities/requirements are: Design main boards and validation boards for CPO and other optical communication systems.
- Be part of product design and development activities, including schematic design, analog, and digital circuit design.
- Organize validation and characterization.
- Work with high speed laboratory equipment to make performance measurements.
- Perform failure analysis and recommend improvements to product design.
- Knowledge/understanding of optical communication systems and requirements.
About This Role
- Compensation and Benefits The annual base salary range for this position is $141,300 - $226,000 .
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus in accordance with relevant plan documents, and equity in accordance with equity plan documents and equity award agreements.
