What You'll Do
- Execute and support the quarterly standard costing cycle.
- Maintain and enhance SAP, Impact3C, and other costing systems.
- Perform product costing, profitability, and cost reduction analysis.
- Analyze cost variances and identify key cost drivers.
- Support COGS reporting, inventory valuation, and manufacturing cost forecasting.
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT teams to provide costing insights.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and accounting policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelo r’s degree in Accounting , Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field . 4 + years of experience in Cost Accounting, Manufacturing Finance, or FP&A.
- Strong experience in: Standard Costing Manufacturing Cost Analysis COGS Reporting Cost Variance Analysis Experience with SAP, Impact3C, or similar ERP/manufacturing costing systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel proficiency .
- CPA/CMA, Power BI, SQL, VBA, Python, or automation experience is a plus.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
