- Experience leading cross-functional semiconductor programs in power management, advanced packaging, high-performance computing, or data center technologies.
- Strong knowledge of new product introduction, manufacturing transfer, qualification, and production ramp in complex semiconductor environments.
- Familiarity with data center power architectures, integrated voltage regulators, or related power conversion technologies.
- Experience working with foundries, OSATs, and other strategic external manufacturing or technology partners.

- Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $211,634 to $306,458.

- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
