Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline 15+ years of relevant experience in software, semiconductors, platforms, ecosystems, or technology commercialization 8+ years of leadership experience managing global teams Demonstrated success leading cross-functional organizations Experience building and scaling business operations, product organizations, or ecosystem programs Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Semiconductor industry experience Product Management leadership experience Applications Engineering or Customer Success leadership experience Experience building partner ecosystems and developer communities Experience leading software commercialization, platform adoption, or digital transformation initiatives Familiarity with AI, developer platforms, SDKs, embedded software, cloud-based tooling, and open-source ecosystems Leadership Profile The ideal candidate combines: Strategic business leadership Product and platform thinking Strong customer orientation Ecosystem development experience Technical credibility Operational excellence #LI-TK1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
