What You'll Do
- Report directly to the team's Manager, primarily as an individual contributor, taking leadership responsibilities as needed/assigned, demonstrating agility, initiative, accountability, respect, and reliability in working with the team on a day-to-day basis Commit to timelines in the design, coding, and testing of software that will integrate/interface various systems and applications to the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and/or to other manufacturing applications, in coordination with stakeholders Communicate with respect and responsiveness with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, demonstrating reliability and accountability for requirements gathering, development, continuous integration, testing, and documentation Provide support (troubleshooting, bug fixing, consulting, periodic maintenance) to systems/applications handled by the team Provide support to application end-users during office hours and during off-hours and weekends in case of emergencies Follow the team-mandated Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process Be the primary owner of several existing and to-be-developed applications in terms of code, user base, enhancements and support Effectively address technical debts and actively contribute to continuous improvement and streamlining of the team's workflow and processes Responsible for making system enhancements (small, medium, or large-sized) and integration with other manufacturing systems Provide systems training to trainers and end-users Ensure that the company's commitment to environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed Be aware of and apply the company's quality and environmental policies For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
