About This Role
- The role of Reliability technician is to perform bias set-up qualification in accordance with applicable operating procedures.
- Performs biased loading activities including ESD & Latch up testing.
- Monitors set up & provides data log to Rel engineers.
- Maintains, calibrates and repairs reliability stress chambers and hardware.
- Assist Rel engineers in executing reliability evaluation and design of experiments.
- Qualifications Graduate of Electronics / Electrical Technology/ Associate or any equivalent.
- With 2-3 years’ semiconductor or electronics industry experience including handling of integrated circuits Preferably with training on Reliability testing of integrated circuits, IC Assembly and Test Process Flow Preferably with technical knowledge of Board schematics, circuits, measurements, power supplies and meters.
- Good analytical skills Possess continuous improvement mindset Preferably proficient in English Job Roles & Responsibilities: Reliability Technician support the reliability engineer in resolving issues in the lab.
- Performs bias set-up qualification and loading activities.
- Performs biased setup monitoring, calibration and maintenance of stress chambers.
- Performs board inspection, repair, inventory management and report generation.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
