Product Development Process Lead

Nice to Have

• Experience with hardware–software co-development environments (SoCs, embedded systems, firmware, mixed-signal systems).
• Hands-on experience with PLM platforms such as Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA, or Arena.
• Understanding of CAD/EDA tool integration within PLM ecosystems (Cadence, Mentor/Siemens, Altium, etc.).
• Experience working with ECO/ECN processes , change management boards, or product release governance.
• Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma , or similar process improvement methodologies.
• Exposure to standards such as ISO 15288, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ASPICE, ISO/IEC 12207 , or functional safety frameworks.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
