  • Partner Enablement Manager Analog Devices is building a world class Partner Program and team and is seeking an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to help establish and scale the operational backbone of this program.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving partner lifecycle operations, Partner Relationship Management tooling, enablement alignment across internal teams, and success metrics reporting.
  • This work will ensure partners and internal teams can execute consistently and deliver measurable impact as the ADI partner strategy evolves.
  • Role & Responsibility This is an internal facing partner enablement and operations role responsible for establishing scalable partner infrastructure while enabling partners and sales teams to work effectively together across ADI.
  • Ensure operational consistency, governance, and process discipline as the partner program scales across ADI.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact coordinating Legal, Finance, Sales, and Support to unblock and operationalize partner engagement.
  • Work with Partner Program Leader to define and manage partner readiness criteria by partner type, ensuring partners meet technical and commercial standards before scaling joint activity.
  • Establish structured feedback loops from partners and internal teams to inform program improvements and product roadmap discussions.
  • Set up and manage new Partner Relationship Management tooling and work with internal teams to integrate where necessary.
  • Own the operational side of the partner lifecycle from intake and onboarding through to renewal.
  • Own the delivery of reporting on success metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with internal training teams to source (and create) content to train, onboard, and certify partners.
  • Align with sales enablement to establish and grow process around training ADI sales team members on when and how to engage partners.
  • Work with internal support teams to define and enforce priority SLAs, escalation paths, and support models required to operate a scalable partner program.
  • Requirements Location: Limerick, Ireland Bachelor’s degree in technical or business discipline required.
  • Formal business training (e.g.
  • 4+ years’ experience in similar or adjacent role with demonstrated understanding of the business value of partner programs.
  • Background in semiconductor industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and operating scalable processes, workflows, or operating models, leveraging data and modern tools (including AI‑assisted approaches) in cross‑functional environments.
  • Experience working with partner, CRM, or operational tooling (e.g., PRMs, CRM systems, reporting platforms) to support program execution and scale.
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and bring clarity, structure, and prioritization to complex operational challenges.
  • Travel required: yes, occasionally #LI-CC1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
