• Job Descriptions Take proactive steps to reconcile forecasts, backlog and shipments in order to meet customer demand and target Sales revenue.
• Process orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Track/Communicate material production progress and priorities to relevant stakeholders to ensure supply targets, proactively try all possibilities to close supply gaps.
• Participate in account business reviews with both internal and external stakeholders, understand business and has contributions from Customer Account Specialist perspective during the review.
• Work independently but closely with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Pricing management, assist Sales on account annual price negotiation.
• Data analysis provider that empower for sales team with valuable insights to help sales growth revenue.
• Regular customer visit to build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships.
• Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, escalations, issues and quality related matters.
• Requirements: Good Excel and PowerPoint skill Fluent in English Experience with supply chain will be preferred At least 5 years’ experience with IC industry will be preferred Familiar with Power BI will be preferred For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
