• Own inventory GL balances (RM, WIP, FG) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper classification Perform and lead subledger-to-GL reconciliations, resolving variances and ageing items Manage month-end and quarter-end close, including BtP analysis, inventory roll-forward, and variance reporting Ensure proper inventory accounting across RM, WIP, and FG, including cut-off and transaction integrity Partner with Operations, Costing, IT, and Finance teams to explain drivers and financial impacts Lead automation and process improvement initiatives, including: Reconciliation standardisation and automation, Close process simplification and cycle time reduction, Data validation and reporting enhancements (e.g., Power BI, SAP, analytics tools) For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc.
