Layout Designer

What You'll Do

• Resolves moderately complex layout problems requiring analysis Works with moderate guidance on defined objectives Handles short-term focused projects with clear deliverables May provide coaching to junior engineers Designs and implements integrated circuit layouts with moderate complexity Performs timing extraction and analysis with increasing independence Uses EDA tools for layout and verification with growing proficiency Must Have Skills Layout Fundamentals : Demonstrated competence in IC layout design principles and implementation Technical Proficiency : Proficiency in IC layout, CMOS technology, timing analysis, and EDA tools Process Understanding : Working knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes Business Awareness : Understanding of how individual work impacts business objectives Communication Skills : Professional communication abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience 2+ years of relevant experience Why You’ll Love Working at ADI At Analog Devices, you'll be part of a collaborative and innovative team that's shaping the future of technology.
