Graduate Sales Operations Analyst – CRM Enablement & Process Improvement 

Requirements

• Education: BS/BA Degree (Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or related field) Experience: Internship, co-op, or university project experience in a business, systems, or technology-focused role Nice-to-Have Skills Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or similar) Exposure to sales processes , customer lifecycle concepts, or sales reporting Basic experience with Excel, Power BI, or reporting tools Interest in process improvement, automation, or workflow design Preferred Qualifications Business, Operations, or Information Systems coursework Interest in building a career in Sales Operations, CRM Enablement, or Revenue Operations For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.

• Job Req Type: Graduate Job Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $56,792 to $78,104.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
