Financial Analyst

What You'll Do

• OPEX Planning and Management : Support planning, forecasting, and tracking of operating expenses as well as headcount.
• Work with functional leaders to support budget management, identify risks and opportunities, and maintain disciplined spend.
• Variance Analysis : Provide clear variance analysis and practical insights to support decision-making.
• Monthly & Quarterly Close : Support monthly and quarter end close processes.
• Leadership Reporting : Prepare financial reports and dashboards for leadership reviews.
• Business Partnering : Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Marketing, and corporate functions to support business decisions.
• Revenue and Channel reporting: Help to support our weekly and quarterly channel operations and sales reports.
• Communication of Results : Help translate financial results into clear takeaways for non-finance stakeholders.
• Ad Hoc Analysis : Provide analysis on key commercial topics such as spend efficiency, ROI, and productivity metrics.
• Continuous Improvement : Use systems such as SAP, Anaplan, and Power BI to improve reporting, insights, and efficiency.
• AI and Automation Opportunities : Identify opportunities to use AI-driven tools to automate routine tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance reporting and insights.
• Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field 2–4 years of relevant experience, including internship or full-time experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Accounting Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Advanced Excel skills and experience with PowerPoint Experience with enterprise tools such as SAP, Anaplan, PBI, Qlik, or similar systems preferred.

• Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: Yes, 10% of the time Shift Type: 1st Shift/Days The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $68,790 to $94,605.
• Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location , experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
• This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
