What You'll Do

• Resolve Chronic Manufacturing Issues • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring contactor problems. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions. 2.
• Drive Data-Driven Continuous Improvement • Utilize manufacturing data analytics to identify issues and opportunities. 3.
• Support Manufacturing-Initiated Migration Projects • Provide engineering support for contactor related migrations. 4.
• Address Contacting Concerns in Manufacturing • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to contacting, collaborate with other hardware or equipment owners.. • Recommend design improvements and component upgrades. 5.
• Define Standards for Manufacturability • Develop and maintain standards that ensure contactors are optimized for manufacturing . • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability is considered early in development. 6.
• Provide Replacement Technology for Obsolete Contactors • Identify and qualify alternative technologies for legacy contactors. • Ensure replacements meet performance and cost.
• For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
