What You'll Do
- Perform effective monitoring of equipment performance.
- Maintain and stay current with SOP requirements and compliance.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various facilities equipment systems, (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, High Purity Water, Wastewater, etc.) Ensure timely completion of all p/m's and work orders in your area of responsibility.
- Facilitating and coordinating services with outside vendors and contractors and ensure successful completion of tasks.
- Respond to trouble calls quickly and safely to minimize downtime.
- Support and assist with shutdown planning and execution.
- Overtime required as needed, including holidays.
- Must be able to work at various heights and limited crawl spaces.
- Required Education, Experience and Skills: Technical trade training or equivalent experience. 5+ years of Facilities Maintenance related experience Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to be successful in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Must observe and comply with all standard safety codes and pract i ces Must be able to interpret detailed plans, specifications, operating manuals , and other written materials associated with trade .
- Massachusetts State Grade 2 Wastewater Licens e must be obtained within one year of employment For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.

- Job Req Type: Experienced Required Travel: No Shift Type: COP (Continuous Opns.) The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $35 to $48.

- This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
