E-Resources Licensing Librarian

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in e-resources, licensing, or collection management in a corporate or academic library (STEM preferred) Master’s degree in Library & Information Science or related field Experience negotiating or managing electronic resource licenses and working with vendors, legal, and procurement teams Knowledge of licensing considerations such as permitted use, perpetual access, text/data mining, and AI usage Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to balance multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in a global environment Proficiency with Microsoft 365, standard business tools, and navigating library databases and products Awareness of emerging technologies and trends in digital content, research tools, and AI #LI-BF1 For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
• Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
• Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
