What You'll Do
- Sustain and optimize manufacturing processes to improve yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance. • Analyze process and production data to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective and preventive actions. • Apply quality and process control methodologies such as FMEA, SPC, Control Plans, and OCAPs to ensure operational excellence. • Document and communicate process changes and improvement activities • Develop digital solutions, dashboards, and automated workflows using Power BI, Power Automate, AI tools, and other technologies to simplify work processes. • Support process development, qualifications, new product introductions, and cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
