What You'll Do
- Collect, analyze, and interpret complex datasets to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance metrics.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives that enhance productivity and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions.
- Support system development and automation projects, particularly in Power BI.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Industrial Engg or related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Power BI preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
- For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S.
- Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S.
- Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
