What You'll Do

• Endpoint Management Manage Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Manager environments.
• Configure and maintain device enrolment processes, including Windows Autopilot.
• Manage corporate-owned and BYOD devices.
• Configure enrolment restrictions, device categories, and ownership classifications.
• Device Configuration & Compliance Create and manage configuration profiles.
• Implement compliance policies and conditional access requirements.
• Monitor device health and compliance status.
• Manage security baselines and endpoint protection policies.
• Application Management Package, deploy, and update Win32, Microsoft Store, iOS, Android, and macOS applications.
• Manage application lifecycle, version control, supersedence, and dependency management.
• Support Enterprise App Catalog and Patch My PC integrations where applicable.
• Security & Endpoint Protection Implement endpoint security policies.
• Manage integrations with Intune.
• Support vulnerability remediation initiatives.
• Configure firewall, BitLocker, encryption, and security baselines.
• Co-Management & Windows Management Support SCCM and Intune co-management environments.
• Assist in workload migration from SCCM to Intune.
• Manage Windows feature updates and quality updates.
• Support Windows 11 upgrade projects and patch compliance activities.
• Monitoring & Reporting Monitor Endpoint Analytics dashboards.
• Generate compliance and operational reports.
• Investigate deployment failures and remediation opportunities.
• Track KPIs for endpoint health and compliance.
• Automation & Administration Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell.
• Support Azure Automation and scripting initiatives.
• Manage Intune RBAC roles, scope tags, and delegated administration.
• Enterprise App Catalogue Required Skills Technical Skills Microsoft Intune Microsoft Endpoint Manager Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) Windows Autopilot SCCM / Configuration Manager PowerShell Scripting Microsoft Defender for Endpoint Windows 10/11 Management Conditional Access Co-Management Mobile Device Management (MDM) Mobile Application Management (MAM) Preferred Skills Microsoft Graph API Azure Automation Windows 365 / Cloud PC Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) Apple Business Manager Android Enterprise Experience Minimum 10-12 years Experience managing enterprise endpoint environments Experience with Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android device management.
