About This Role
- Duties: Perform semiconductor engineering design, development, and testing for firm products and devices in conjunction with product development for the electronic communications industry.
- Design, develop and deploy automation solutions for ASIC Silicon validation across process, voltage and temperature.
- Responsible for automating and maintaining SLT handler to ensure its sooth execution with yielding expected test results.
- Integrate automation systems with existing validation test infrastructure and test content.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure the reliability and performance of automated test flow execution.
- Collaborate with validation test engineers to collect and automate test flow to be executed across board farm and handler.
- Responsible for collecting and analyzing data from board farm and handler in order to monitor performance, identify trends, and troubleshoot issues.
- Travel 1 week per year (up to 5%) required depending on business needs within the US and potentially India.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, foreign equivalent or related field.
- Two (2) years of experience in job offered, Systems Test Engineer, Member of Technical Staff, or closely related occupation.
- Required skills: Position requires two (2) years of experience in: 1.
- System Validation, 2.
- Functional Testing, 3.
- Troubleshooting, 5.
- System on Chip (SoC) Validation or verification, and 5.
- Salary: $145,000 per year.
