UWB System Validation Team Lead (m/f/d)

What You'll Do

• will be: Technical guidance and support of junior and senior engineers Detailed hands-on support in case of technical challenges Planning of validation and POC projects together with technical and non-technical experts Driving innovation for customer solutions as well as internal validation approaches Contributing to product definitions by discussing use cases with technical domain experts as well as business partners Your responsibilities: 7-10 years of industrial experience in system development or system validation of UWB or RF products Deep understanding of embedded firmware development, signal processing, debugging and testing Strong expertise in lab setups and measurement instrumentation for RF products Experience in embedded C, and python Skilled in leading a team of ~10 engineers for short, mid and long term activities Good English writing and speaking skills Good communication skills to align with peers and architects Curiosity and enjoying thinking outside the box Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
