Test Process Engineer

What You'll Do

• Lead yield improvement, productivity and cycle time improvements. 2.
• Support of production lot disposition, determine root cause and fixes. 3.
• New product/process introduction, develop procedures and process controls for high volume manufacturing. 4.
• Develop jigs and fixtures as needed. 5.
• Develop production training materials and OCAPs.
• Candidate must posses at least Bachelor's Degree in Eletrical/Electronic/Mechatronic or equivalent. 2. 0 - 3 years of working experience in related field.
• Required Skills:- 1.
• Self-motivated team player with high level of ownership. 2.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills in English. 3.
• Able to work independently in a fast- paced global team environment. 4.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. 5.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. 6.
• Familiar with semiconductor test process. 7.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools or basic programming (e.g., Unix/Linux, C++) is advantageous. 8.
