Qualifications

  • Preferred 3+ years of sales experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the automotive space. • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. • Proven ability to manage a complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment. • Technically adept understanding of hardware and software, and how businesses can leverage NXP to deliver better end products. • Highly organized with attention to detail and exceptional follow-up skills. • Ability to lead global, cross-functional resources to remove barriers and achieve sales goals. • Good understanding of a broad range of IC products including Microcontrollers, Power Management ICs (PMICs), and Ethernet, as well as a solid application development background. • Self-starter, motivated to work autonomously. • Excellent communication, negotiating, and presentation skills (oral & in writing). • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
