Technical Sales & Applications Program (TSAP) Engineer

What You'll Do

• Upon completion, participants transition into a permanent TSE or FAE role within the U.S. organization, with placement based on business needs.
• Key Responsibilities Support customers and partners through evaluation, design, and deployment of NXP solutions Translate customer requirements into system-level technical solutions Collaborate with sales, applications, and product teams to drive design wins Prepare technical presentations and demos Lead customer engagements and internal reviews Develop technical depth while maintaining a system-level perspective Qualifications Recent Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field (Spring 2025-Spring 2026 graduates) Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher Demonstrated technical aptitude Strong interest in customer-facing roles Competitive mindset with a passion to win Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Willingness to relocate within the United States Career Outcomes Graduates of TSAP typically advance into roles such as Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) or Field Applications Engineer (FAE).
