Sr. Technical Writer

Overview

• Generate, edit, and maintain hardware technical documentation including: Product Reference Manuals Security Reference Manuals Data Sheets Safety and Compliance Manuals Support multiple hardware projects simultaneously, ensuring documentation accuracy across product variants and releases.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional functional leads (hardware design, silicon validation, firmware, security, QA, product management, and manufacturing) to: Gather technical inputs Drive document creation, review, and approval workflows Release both internal and customer‑facing documentation Ensure all documents meet organizational, industry, and production standards.
• Review documentation for technical accuracy, completeness, clarity, and consistency.
• Apply AI/ML‑assisted tools to: Improve content generation efficiency Perform draft reviews, consistency checks, and terminology validation Assist with large‑scale document updates and reuse Work with engineering teams to accurately document AI/ML‑enabled hardware features , such as: AI accelerators, NPUs, or ML inference engines Security and safety considerations for AI‑driven hardware Participate in reviews and audits supporting safety, security, and regulatory compliance.
