• Knowledge of cloud licensing (Azure, AWS, SaaS models) Familiarity with enterprise vendor contracts and audit clauses Understanding of virtualization and data center architectures ITIL Foundation certification or IT Asset Management certification (CAMP, CSAM, CHAMP).
