What You'll Do
- Own and drive business growth, revenue targets, and design‑win pipeline across assigned accounts/regions Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a sales team and enable execution excellence.
- Act as a key customer interface at Senior leadership level for strategic accounts Build and execute account plans , forecast accuracy, and pipeline reviews Drive new customer acquisition and expansion in existing accounts Drive Design pipeline Growth and Funnel Management .
