• policies and programs Participates in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary information.
• Investigate market data and research to determine competitive positioning of the organization’s salary ranges and pay programs.
• Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation and benefits practices.
• May administer both domestic and international programs.
• Recommends company salary structure movements, salary increase budgets, and FLSA exemptions.
• Administers and communicates the company’s benefits program plan options, features and enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries.
• Provides functional compensation expertise and recommendations to HRIS to increase automation of compensation programs by leveraging systems and technology Works closely with HRIS team, Global HR Operations teams, Regional Rewards and HR Analysts Collaborates with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition and Managements on job evaluations, new job creation and job descriptions.
• Supports the design, implementation and execution of Rewards Cycles and processes Supports HR Business partners with salary adjustments for compliance to established guidelines, policies and practices.
• Recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
• May prepare special studies and recommendations on subjects such as bonus plans, sales compensation or long-term incentives.
• Develops reports and provides simulation for a variety of compensation and HR projects.
