Senior Principal - Program Manager

What You'll Do

• Lead cross-functional teams (R&D, Operations, Marketing, Product Definition, Quality) to deliver programs aligned with customer and business objectives Define, plan, and execute program roadmaps, including milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation Ensure end-to-end program ownership, from concept definition to industrialization and production ramp-up Drive execution discipline through effective planning, tracking, and gate review processes Identify risks early, define mitigation plans, and ensure transparent communication to stakeholders Manage program budget, schedule, and overall performance, contributing to business targets (margin, cost, revenue) Align stakeholders in a matrix organization and drive decision-making at all levels Support product definition in collaboration with marketing and customers, especially for emerging electrification applications (e.g., 48V platforms) Drive and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management practices and optimize end-to-end processes required for new product development, ensuring increased efficiency, quality, and organizational maturity.
• Profile & Qualifications Proven experience in Program or Project Management in the semiconductor industry, ideally in New Product Development / NPI Strong ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs in an international environment Solid understanding of IC development flows (design, validation, industrialization) Strong skills in planning, risk management, and problem-solving Demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels Strong communication and leadership skills in a matrix organization High level of ownership, accountability, and resilience in a fast-paced environment Fluent in English What We Are Looking For We are looking for a leader who: Demonstrates strong ownership and takes accountability for results Drives alignment through influence and collaboration Delivers with focus, rigor, and execution excellence Brings a balanced skillset across technical, business, and leadership dimensions Energizes teams and drives progress with determination and momentum Why Join This Role?
