Qualifications

• · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related discipline. · 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Product Development, Manufacturing Operations. · Familiarity with design release, fabrication, assembly, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing-readiness activities. · Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in global and matrix organizations. · Experience managing project schedules, budgets, KPIs, and executive communications. · Knowledge of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product development lifecycles. · Experience coordinating activities with external suppliers, Contract Manufacturers, and strategic partners. · Strong analytical, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills. · Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills. · Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Sciforma, Planview, or equivalent. · Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced environments. · Experience with embedded systems, hardware development tools, semiconductor products, or electronics manufacturing is preferred. · Experience with PCB, EVK/EVB, reference-design, or hardware-platform development. · Monitor supplier performance through defined metrics, milestones, deliverables, and corrective action plans. · Ensure supplier execution remains aligned with project objectives, milestones, budget, quality requirements, and business expectations. · Experience working within semiconductor, electronics, or embedded systems industries. · Experience managing outsourced product development and manufacturing partners. #LI-FCC3 More information about NXP in Mexico... #LI-fcc3
