What You'll Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive production plans for assigned OSAT factories, aligning with global supply chain strategies and customer demands. * Analyze demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and material availability to create optimized build plans and commit schedules. * Collaborate closely with OSAT partners to monitor production progress, identify potential bottlenecks, and proactively implement recovery plans. * Manage and track inventory levels at OSATs, ensuring optimal stock levels to support production while minimizing excess and obsolescence. * Work cross-functionally with internal teams including Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Procurement, Engineering, and Logistics to resolve supply chain issues and improve overall efficiency. * Utilize advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, IEMDM, etc.) to generate, monitor, and adjust production schedules. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the OSAT planning process, identifying opportunities for cost reduction, lead time reduction, and service level enhancement. * Prepare and present regular reports on production performance, forecast accuracy, and inventory health to management. --- Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in production planning, factory planning, or supply chain management within the semiconductor industry, preferably with OSAT exposure. * Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes, particularly assembly and test operations. * Proficiency in advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Excel. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse internal and external stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
