Safety Enablement Engineer (f/m/d)

What You'll Do

• Enable efficient and standardized safety workflows across cross-functional teams Design, implement, and continuously improve methodologies, processes, and toolchains for safety engineering Develop automation solutions using scripting and APIs to improve productivity and reduce manual effort Ensure interoperability and integration between various engineering tools and platforms Leverage AI-based approaches where meaningful to enhance efficiency and data usage Build automated reports and dashboards (e.g., for status tracking and project transparency) Create and maintain high-quality documentation , consolidating insights from multiple internal systems Support teams in adopting improved workflows and tools, acting as a technical enabler and advisor Your Profile 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor or a related high-tech industry Strong expertise in tooling, automation, and engineering workflows Proven experience in: Scripting and software development (e.g., Python, Java ) Designing and implementing automation solutions and scalable workflows Experience working with engineering tools such as: Jira, Git (GitHub/Bitbucket) ELM / requirements management tools System modeling tools Safety analysis tools Solid understanding of configuration management environments Ability to operate on both levels: Hands-on developer (implementing scripts and integrations) Architect (defining methodologies and best practices) Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working across diverse tool landscapes Strong analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency, automation, and scalability Ideally experience with AI tools or automation platforms (e.g., Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate) Ideally a background in functional safety environments Please note: The successful candidate may/will be responsible for security related tasks.
