Requirement Manager

What You'll Do

• Define, write and maintain the project’s Requirement Management Plan, including all traceability elements Support the requirements and traceability review process, and provide project requirement management status Deliver the compliancy reports for safety, quality and program management standards Project set-up and maintenance Align with program managers to define and schedule the deliverables Coordination of tasks within the requirement management team Communication with the R&D community and the stake holders Continuous improvement of the performance and the tools The strong collaboration within the technical team and throughout the corporation will be a key element to both your personal success and that of your projects.
• Required skills Knowledge of Specification structure & traceability Understanding of V-model framework Knowledge in IBM ELM/DOORSNG/DOORS 9 usage and administration Strong interpersonal communication skills (oral and written).
• Organizational skills Fluency in English (oral and written) Working daily in an international environment Self-motivated and self-driven.
• Knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards is a plus Knowledge in other requirements management tools is a plus #LI-DNI
