What You'll Do
- Support CMP/ATMC production by executing, sustaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing processes Monitor and sustain area production needs to meet output and quality targets Review and disposition FDC faults in accordance with established OCAPs Disposition material and ensure accurate documentation in systems such as LDMS/MDR Review and analyze SPC and TMON data to identify trends and drive corrective actions Perform engineering qualification tasks and support process changes Develop, update, and maintain process documentation including specifications, OCAPs, and SWEs Improve process performance, stability, and yield through data-driven continuous improvement Optimize tool utilization and availability in partnership with maintenance and engineering teams Set up and optimize Nova and touch-up recipes (CMP-specific) Support and promote a strong Quality Culture, including standardized work and 5S methodology Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues Train manufacturing personnel on procedures and standardized work as required Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Education 3–5 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience (CMP experience required) Associate’s (AA) Technical Degree or equivalent hands-on factory experience Technical coursework or additional training preferred Technical Skills Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to logically isolate and resolve issues Working knowledge of process control, SPC, sampling strategies, and data analysis Experience reviewing and interpreting manufacturing data and trends Familiarity with systems such as PCM, RMS, ECMS, LDMS, and MDR preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint) Basic understanding of EHS standards and chemical handling/nomenclature Professional Skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively across teams Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with site personnel More information about NXP in the United States...
