What You'll Do

  • Sales Strategy Facilitation: Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives and workstreams specifically focused on the IIoT landscape.
  • Executive Advisory Support: Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales MT to support high-level decision-making and customer engagements.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as a primary liaison between the Global Sales Strategy team and the Industrial/IIoT sales organization to ensure cohesive execution of GTM strategies.
  • Market Intelligence Synthesis: Distill competitive dynamics, technology shifts, and customer trends into concise, actionable reports for sales leadership.
  • Program Coordination: Track milestones and drive follow-through on ad-hoc strategy projects, ensuring deliverables from cross-functional stakeholders are met.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends and regional opportunities to provide clear recommendations on where the Global Sales Organization should focus its resources.
  • Ideal Candidate Profile Strategic Intuition: Able to develop a credible "point of view" and build logical frameworks from incomplete or fragmented data.
  • Intellectual Rigor: Demonstrates deep analytical depth and a commitment to investigating the "why" behind market shifts.
  • Resourceful & Self-Directed: Capable of navigating a complex global matrix organization with high levels of autonomy.
  • Collaborative Mindset: Able to work effectively across organizational boundaries to gather intelligence and drive consensus.
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong grasp of the semiconductor industry with a focus on how technology translates into commercial sales value.
  • Qualifications Education: University degree in Engineering or Business Advanced Degree: Masters degree or MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 10-15 years of proven experience in the semiconductor industry across Sales, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • Analytical Skillset: Strong problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to perform rigorous strategic and commercial analyses.
  • Domain Awareness: Familiarity with IIoT segments and global market dynamics.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.
  • The base salary range for this position is as mentioned below per year.

  • Please note that the base salary range (OR hourly rate) is a guideline, and individual total compensation may vary based on a number of factors such as qualifications, skill level, work location, and other business and organizational needs.
  • This base pay range is specific to California and is not applicable to other locations.
