What You'll Do

• and Requirements: Working with a large variety of analytical instrumentation and techniques such as: VPD-ICP-MS, HPLC, HPIC, TOC, ICP-MS, GC-PDD/TCD/FID/MS, Raman and XRF Spectroscopy, Titration Analysis, Cyclic Voltammetry Attention to detail is imperative Some flexibility for shifts/hours needed Reliability and dependability is extremely critical to this position Must be a fast-learner, with ability to work with little supervision Candidate will be hired as an intern with the possibility of conversion Always work with an eye towards safety Key Challenges: Work is in both wet lab and cleanroom lab environments Routine work with extremely hazardous chemicals is required Job Qualifications: Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in a scientific discipline such as Chemistry or Materials Science In order to be considered for a summer internship with NXP you must be returning to school or graduating at the conclusion of the internship term.
