Operational Excellence Supervisor

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in a wafer fab manufacturing environment preferred BS or equivalent in a related field is preferred but not required.
• Must have demonstrated effective leadership abilities, cohesive team building and sound decision making Understanding of business and management principles and practices preferred Knowledge of human resource management principles and procedures preferred Must be proficient in Excel and other relevant software applications (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) Must have good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively to management, direct reports and support teams Must display strong ethics and a desire to win mentality Previous leadership/supervision experience is a plus Engineering and/or equipment maintenance experience is a plus More information about NXP in the United States...
