What You'll Do

- The Operations Manager leads a global organization of Industrialization Program Managers, across multiple sites and regions, driving operational excellence and strategic execution.
- Key Responsibilities Define and deploy the industrial strategy for the DES product portfolio in alignment with Business Line and corporate objectives.
- Establish manufacturing footprint, sourcing diversification, and capacity strategies to ensure business continuity and supply resilience.
- Drive long-term competitiveness through cost optimization, technology adoption, and manufacturing innovation.
- Anticipate market, customer, and operational challenges and translate them into actionable industrial roadmaps.
- Operations Excellence Ensure successful execution of: New Product Introduction (NPI) Safe Launch and Production Ramp-Up Product Transfers and Dual Sourcing Programs Sustaining Engineering Projects Change Management and Manufacturing Optimization Own portfolio operational performance across: Cost Delivery Capacity Customer satisfaction Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the value chain.
- Portfolio Management Lead industrial portfolio governance in close partnership with Product Marketing, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing organizations.
- Prioritize resources and investments to maximize business impact.
- Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans to secure product launches and production continuity.
- Ensure alignment between business growth objectives and manufacturing capabilities.
- Leadership & People Management Lead, develop, and inspire a multicultural and geographically distributed organization.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and excellence in execution.
- Stakeholder Management Act as the primary Operations representative toward Business Line leadership and key stakeholders.
- Influence strategic decisions based on operational insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Build strong partnerships with internal organizations, external manufacturing partners, suppliers, and strategic customers.
- Effectively communicate portfolio status, risks, opportunities, and business impact to senior management.
- Your Profile 10+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong background in Product Engineering, Test Engineering, Manufacturing Operations, Industrialization, or Program Management.
- Proven success leading large-scale industrialization programs and operational transformations.
- Significant experience managing international and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor Front-End and Back-End manufacturing processes.
- Experience within the automotive semiconductor industry is highly desirable.
- Master's Degree or PhD in Electronics, Microelectronics, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Technical & Leadership Competencies Deep knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing, quality systems, and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of automotive standards such as IATF 16949 and AEC-Q100.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance long-term vision with flawless execution.
- Change leader with a strong drive for continuous improvement and innovation.
